Do I need an appointment to re-apply for food stamps ? I received them from your office in 2004 or 2005. ( I believe that was the timeframe.) I was only on them about two months; as I was dealing with health problems then and I still have them. I moved to Fort Worth,Tx and relocated back here in 2019.
