Cass County Family Support Division is the local county office where you can apply for your EBT Card through Food Stamps or TANF. Anyone may apply for Food Stamps. To apply, complete the Food Stamp application form and return it to this local Family Support Division (FSD) office. Instructions for completing this form are also available. You can also return the application in person, by mail or by fax. An interview must be completed to determine your eligibility for Food Stamp benefits. The interview can be by phone or in-person.

Hi I have been trying to contact someone due to my food stamps application and I haven't been able to I did my application all I need to do is my interview over the phone and I cant get anyone on the phone.
I am VERY frustrated. I have called every number, pushed every menu #, entered my info about 6 times AND been hung up on about 6 times. I am trying to do my food stamp interview. Trying to speak to a human for 1 month.Today is the last day. I have talked to others having same issue. Really? But I have no choice. I have to keep calling. I have to talk to a human. We have to eat. Peace.
