Application process you must fill in and submit an application to determine if you are able to receive assistance with assistance such as food, Medicaid, child care, temporary money, an emergency, etc., through MDHHS.
When you apply, you may have to provide information about all members of your household.
The best way to determine eligibility and submit an application is to use MI Bridges online. Applications can be delivered in person, sent by post or fax to their local office.

Apply for EBT Card
Most states allow online applications for EBT Cards through the application for Food Stamps (SNAP Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) or cash benefits through Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). We provided this local office contact for those who want to apply for their EBT in person at this office. After applying for your benefits you will most likely need to come in for an interview at this or another local social service office.
