Food Assistance Program Temporary food assistance for eligible low-income families and individuals is available from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Eligibility is based on the financial situation of all members of a household.
Anyone who lives together and buys and prepares food together is considered to be a member of the same household group.
Generally, we will review your expenses, assets, and income to determine what benefits you are eligible for. Application Process You must complete and submit an application to determine if you can receive food, Assistance with Medicaid, child care, temporary cash, emergencies, etc.
